288 items and 36 axes
BP does not start by assigning one broad type label. It measures 36 traits first, then explains how they come together.
Beyond Persona uses a 288-item assessment, 36 measured axes, 4 layers, 29 archetypes, and 53 roles that can show up before AI writes the explanatory report.
BP does not start by assigning one broad type label. It measures 36 traits first, then explains how they come together.
Ground covers innate temperament: behavioral tendencies that recur across different situations. Lens covers cognitive preferences in taking in information and making judgments. Mirror covers metacognition: noticing and examining one's own reactions and ways of thinking. Resonance (Trait Combination) cross-analyzes the 36 traits measured across the three layers, crossing traits within the same layer as well as across layers. It is separate from relationship analysis, which compares two people.
AI writes the personal report from the measured result, the archetype, and the roles that show up. A report about the relationship between two people is a separate product that uses both people's results; no partner data enters the personal report.
The core assessment is response-based. AI explains the measured result after the assessment produces it.
Many 16-type tests summarize a person into one label. BP uses 36 axes and 4 layers to explain more granular patterns.
AI wording can vary, but the report should remain anchored to the measured result data.
